The Makita DHR183Z 18V LXT Brushless SDS+ Drill from ITS is a lightweight and powerful drill producing up to 1.7Joules of impact energy.
The two mode drill (Rotation only, Rotation & Hammering), offers and delivers reliability, power as well as ensuring highly efficient operation.
With reversing switch for rotation modes, LED work light with pre-glow and after glow functions, the DHR183 offers up to 5000 blows per minute impact rate along with 1100rpm.
Supplied with compatibility to tether strap connection to keep the tool close and safe when working at height, the drill also includes variable control, electric brake as well as trigger-lock.
The DHR183 incorporates Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT) which works by transferring air around a series of chambers which, in turn, pushes a counterbalance in the opposite direction to the piston, thereby cancelling out the vibration the piston would have created otherwise.
At the heart of this tool is the brushless motor that allows you to use it efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
