Returns Policy

If your order has been delivered damaged or mis-described, email us and we will refund the price of the Products in full. Any damaged items should be reported within 24h of delivery.

You may request to cancel the order within 14 days of your purchase, or 14 days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded (minus any carriage costs), provided The item is unused and in its original condition , The item is in its original packaging , All accessories and spares are still present ,The instruction manual is still present. Please note any items returned that have been altered, modified, defaced or undergone heavy usage may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the buyer except in case of defective product. Also please consider that return and refund process for some products that are delivered directly from our suppliers may takes a bit longer time in some cases.

Incorrectly supplied items
If you have received the incorrect item or you are missing items from your order, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us to info@toolsoutlet.co.uk. 

Please allow a maximum of four days to a week for your refund to process, it is often sooner than this however different banks process these with varying levels of efficiency.
